| 2001 Cadillac DeVille Presidential Limo (Yat Ming) 1/24 Diecast Model Car
This jet-black, state of the art Cadillac limousine was first seen in the nation's capital during the George W. Bush Presidential Inaugural Parade. This remarkable vehicle is the latest accomplishment from Cadillac and the first chief executive limousine of the new millennium. It is also the first Cadillac to carry the division's new wreath and crest emblem. This model shares the same exterior design with the 2001 DeVille production models, but is unique under the skin. Handcrafted with black, clear coat finish, the new Caddy is considerably wider and taller than the production models. To maintain national security, it's equipped with state-of-the-art protection and communication systems including the Cadillac Night Vision infrared object detection system. The interior boasts seven-passenger seating, and is finished with wood accents and rich blue leather and cloth. A rear seat 'executive package' featuring a concealed, foldaway desktop will allow the President to keep up on his homework. The rear seats have an adjustable reclining feature and adaptive seat system for added comfort. When time comes to relax, he will have his own premium sound system with a 10-CD changer. Just to make it clear who is riding aboard, Presidential Seals are placed in the center of the rear-seat back panel, rear door trim panel and the exterior of each rear door. The U.S. Flag is placed on the right front fender, and the presidential standard is located on the left front fender. Flush-mounted spotlights located in the fenders illuminate the flags at night. Every inch of the limo's skin is backed by military-grade armor. The car's windows-which do not open-are actually transparent armor. All the car's armor is 5in. thick and the interior is environmentally sealed to protect the occupants from chemical and airborne germ-warfare terrorism.
