| 1979 Pontiac Firebird Trans Am - Black (YatMing) 1/18 Diecast Model Car
Another commemorative Firebird, this one making the first decade of Pontiac's still-successful pony car. The Tenth Anniversary Trans Am (TATA) came with the Oldsmobile-built 403 V-8 that was standard in the normal versions, but Pontiac had saved some of its own 400-cid V-8s with higher horsepower just for this special birthday model, even though the engine had been dropped for '79. A very few 400s were teamed with a four-speed manual gearbox, making this the most desirable drivetrain of the lot.
